2. Pre-treatment and selection of pressure and nozzle
Our cleaners will apply a specialized cleaning detergent or solution to the surface. The pre-treatment step will break down grime, dirt, mould, and other contaminants, making it easier to remove them when pressure washing.
The technicians are knowledgeable and will adjust the pressure settings on the pressure washer according to the surface. Various surfaces will need specific pressure levels so that jet washing doesn’t damage them. Wood, delicate masonry and other soft surfaces will need a low pressure. Along with adjusting the pressure, our cleaners will also select the nozzle according to the surface and the pressure. Specific applications require specific spray patterns (fan, pinpoint, etc).
3. Clean and rinse
We have a systematic and even approach to cleaning the whole surface. Our cleaners will keep a constant distance from the surface (15-30cm) to obtain even cleaning without damaging the surface. In case of stubborn stains and heavily soiled areas, we will apply spot treatments or additional cleaning methods. We pay extra time around edges, corners and intricate areas.
Once the cleaning is over, we thoroughly rinse the surface to remove the detergent and loosen debris. We avoid water damage to the surrounding areas and ensure efficient water drainage.
4. Final touch-ups
The team supervisor will conduct a post-cleaning inspection to ensure our cleaners have achieved the promised results. Should any areas require more work, we will address them adequately. If necessary, we will apply protective coatings or sealants after jet washing to reduce the risk of future staining and damage.
We only leave after we clean up the work area, dispose of waste (correctly) and leave the property as clean as we found it.
