Three-day commercial exterior clean in Rugby (CV21 1QH). Staff and visitor car park, lorry area, paths and yard cleaned across block paving, tarmac, concrete and resin-bound surfaces. Sodium hypochlorite soft wash, pressure wash with rotary surface cleaner, DDAC biocide on the concrete for long-term algae resistance. Cladding, windows and canopy soffit washed to match. Drone aerials mid-clean.

Internal and external window cleaning at Resort World Birmingham, the leisure venue on Pendigo Way (B40 1PU) - curtain-wall glazing, terrace balustrade glass and a flat rooftop skylight cleaned in one visit while the venue stayed open.
