
In March 2024, we completed a clay tile roof clean and repaint on a two-storey residential property in Northampton. The roof was first cleaned using a softwash/steamwash approach to remove surface contamination and prepare the tiles, then finished with a high-quality roof paint to restore a smart, uniform appearance.
Safe access and consistent reach were achieved using a Niftylift MEWP and telescopic pole tools, allowing controlled work across roof slopes and awkward edges.
