In July 2025, we carried out an exterior clean at AJB Group’s timber processing industrial facility in Corby, Northamptonshire (NN17). This scope focused on the industrial plant/extraction area—including a large extraction tower and extensive ductwork/pipework—along with associated metal cladding, roof zones, and hardstanding.
We completed a controlled pressure wash, followed by a DDAC anti-algae treatment to help slow biological regrowth on treated surfaces. Access and reach were managed using ladder climbs and telescopic pole equipment, allowing safe, consistent cleaning around elevated sections and roof-mounted equipment.
Industrial plant exteriors collect contamination that doesn’t respond to a quick rinse, especially around extraction systems:
We staged equipment for efficient coverage and safe movement, using ladder access and telescopic poles to reach elevated cladding and roof sections without overreaching or inconsistent spray patterns.
We cleaned metal cladding and roof-facing surfaces with controlled pressure washing to remove built-up grime and surface contamination, paying close attention to extraction tower and ductwork areas where dirt concentrates around joints, bends, and housings.
After cleaning, we applied DDAC to help inhibit algae regrowth on treated surfaces—particularly valuable on industrial metalwork where runoff staining and biological return can become visible quickly.
We pressure washed the driveway/yard surface to lift embedded dirt and traffic film, then applied DDAC treatment to help reduce future organic growth where conditions encourage it.

If your industrial facility has weathered cladding, staining around plant/extraction equipment, or ground surfaces holding traffic film, we can plan safe access and deliver a clean that’s consistent across elevations—plus treatment where it makes sense.
