Problem

Commercial warehouse at Lung Wah House, Oxford (OX2 0FA) with metal cladding on all elevations, a roofline presenting signs of weathering and algae buildup, and a concrete driveway and hardstanding area with build-up and organic growth. To restore its appearance, we had to run a full exterior cleaning.

Method

For all elevated work on the roofline and upper cladding sections, we have employed scaffold tower access. On all metal-cladding elevations, we've used controlled pressure washing, and we've pressure-washed the entire driveway and surrounding hardstanding. Without disrupting warehouse operations, we completed this job in March 2025.

Result

All cladding elevations were cleaned and looked like new. We've eliminated algae and weathering from the roofline and years of accumulated grime from driveways and hardstanding areas using pressure washing. We've restored the warehouse's exterior to its former professional look. The client received photos before and after our cleaning work.
