Problem

For more than 20 years, the light-coloured metal cladding at the 40,000 sq ft warehouse has not been cleaned. All elevations presented heavy weathering, algae staining, and discolouration. One could barely notice the company signage.

Method

On all cladding elevations, we used controlled pressure washing with telescopic extendable poles. We followed cleaning with DDAC anti-algae biocide treatment to inhibit regrowth for 4-5 years. For surrounding hardstanding, we used pressure washing. Without disrupting site operations, we completed the job in 3 days.

Result

We restored all cladding and made it look new. Company branding and signage were easy to see again. We applied biocide treatment to inhibit algae regrowth and provided a detailed report with before/after photos.

Problem

Years of industrial grime covered ductwork, pipework, and metal cladding of an industrial facility. Cleaning was necessary for the roof, walls, and surrounding hardstanding.

Method

Based on the surface type, we combined controlled pressure washing with soft washing. Using telescopic poles, we cleaned the extraction towers, ductwork, and pipework and MEWP cherry picker access. For the metal cladding, we employed soft washing, and we followed roof cleaning with DDAC biocide. Hardstanding was pressure-washed.

Result

We restored the entire facility exterior - cladding, extraction system, roof, and hardstanding. Our first warehouse job positively impressed the customer, who booked cleaning the second facility right away.
