Commercial Cladding Cleaning in Peterborough
At the Fengate Industrial Estate, we see warehouses and logistics units clad in profiled metal, composite panels, and coated sheeting. Many of these buildings were built in the 1980s and 1990s, and the cladding looks unsightly from decades of weathering, algae colonisation, and road dust from the A1(M) corridor. The composite panel systems at newer developments at Hampton and the Orton industrial areas collect organic growth in Peterborough's damp Fenland climate.
Working from ground level, we use controlled pressure washing with telescopic poles up to 12 meters to clean metal cladding, composite panels, and profiled sheets. We employ MEWP cherry picker access for taller elevations, and follow every cladding cleaning with DDAC biocide treatment. This prevents algae regrowth on metal surfaces for 4 to 5 years. In Corby, we carried out a 3-day cleaning project for AJB Group and had to clean 40,000 sq ft of warehouse cladding. While it hadn't been cleaned for more than 20 years, it looked like new after our cleaning.
Commercial cladding cleaning in Peterborough starts from £800 for small to medium units. We will quote large distribution centres and multi-building sites after completing our free site survey.
