On the scheduled day, we arrive at your property, assess the exterior surfaces, take photos, and, if necessary, collect information about access requirements. RAMS & Documentation

You will receive comprehensive Risk Assessments and Method Statements, COSHH data sheets for all chemicals used and a timetable confirmed by your site representative. It's standard practice for us to meet facilities management and H&S compliance requirements.

Cleaning & Treatment

We will bring pressure washers, MEWP, scaffold towers, cherry pickers, extendable poles, pure water systems, steam cleaners, and, briefly put, everything we need for the cleaning job. Our team always select the right method for the surface. Protecting vegetation and covering drains is the first thing we do. We manage wastewater properly and have minimal disruption to your operations.

Inspection, Report & Maintenance Plan

After we clean, we conduct a final walk-around with your site representative. We will also hand you a written report with before-and-after photos and inform you of any maintenance problems we discovered while cleaning. We can recommend a cleaning schedule according to your building materials and environment. Typically, professional cleaning is necessary every 6-18 months, with exposure affecting the frequency directly.

Problem

40,000 sq ft warehouse with light-coloured metal cladding that hasn't been cleaned for more than 20 years. Algae staining, severe weathering, and discolouration affected all elevations of the building. The client expected a refreshment of the facility's appearance.

Method

On all cladding elevations, our technicians used controlled pressure washing with extendable poles. We followed cleaning with a DDAC biocide treatment. For the surrounding hardstanding, we've employed pressure washing. It only took us 3 days to complete the cleaning job, and we didn't even disrupt site operations.

Commercial Pressure Washing

To clean building exteriors, car parks, loading bays, forecourts, paths, and hardstanding, we employ high-pressure and hot-water pressure washing. We remove oil stains, tyre marks, fuel spills, chewing gum, moss, and algae from concrete, tarmac, and block paving. Building exteriors benefit from controlled pressure with extendable telescopic poles. Whenever possible, we clean the cladding, render, and brick from ground level. We employ MEWP (cherry picker) access if not possible.

Commercial pressure washing is our most sought-after commercial service. We've refreshed warehouse yards in Corby, supermarket car parks in Plymouth, school playgrounds across Northamptonshire, and commercial forecourts across Oxfordshire with pressure washing.

Industrial Roof Cleaning

We select the right cleaning method for each roof type, whether it's flat felt roofs, corrugated metal roofing, pitched slate, or concrete tile. Industrial Cladding & Metal Facade Cleaning

We clean metal panels, composite cladding, render, and metal facade systems on commercial buildings. Our operatives employ controlled pressure washing with extendable telescopic poles on elevations up to 12 metres. We turn to MEWP for anything taller than that. For even coverage on profiled panels, we employ rotary surface cleaners. We follow cleaning with a DDAC biocide treatment that prevents algae regrowth on metal surfaces for 4-5 years.

The AJB Group facility in Corby hasn't been cleaned for more than 20 years. Here, our job was to clean 40,000 sq ft of metal cladding. In just 3 days, we've done two things: refreshed the surfaces and not disrupted site operations. High pressure would have damaged the render and painted facade surfaces, so we've employed soft washing. For tall commercial buildings where MEWP access isn't convenient, we can clean facades with telescopic poles.

Commercial Solar Panel Cleaning

We use pure water fed-pole systems for streak-free finish and no chemicals that damage panel coatings. Our teams also clean rooftop solar arrays on warehouses, schools, and commercial buildings. Solar panel cleaning was part of the full roof and cladding job at Partridges warehouse in Desborough. A customer noted a panel output increase of 30% after our cleaning with fresh then deionised water.

Commercial Gutter Maintenance

Count on us for cleaning box gutters, standard guttering, valley gutters, and downpipe clearance on a commercial scale. Due to clogged commercial gutters, water can damage the stock, equipment, and building fabric. Gutter cleaning is always cheaper than solving such problems. At the Partridges warehouse in Desborough, we had to manage years of compressed dirt spread over 200 metres of box guttering. Using hot water pressure washing, we remove oil and fuel stains from forecourts, and employ soft washing to refresh painted shopfronts and canopy structures.
